Safe Inside is a 6-week, self-paced somatic-inspired journey designed to support a gentle return to safety, presence, and trust within your body. This course is for anyone who longs to feel grounded, calm, and connected — to move through life with softness rather than force. Each week includes spoken guidance you can simply listen to and follow, brief written reflections on the week’s theme, gentle journaling and affirmations, and a closing reflection to support integration at your own pace. There is nothing to fix, achieve, or push through here. Everything is offered as an invitation. You’ll move at your own pace, choosing what feels supportive, and learning how to return to your body with curiosity, compassion, and care — again and again.
